BRIEF DESCRIPTION
The Pipeline DN700 starts at the existing station of Celorico da Beira to the border with Spain, in Vale de Frades (Vimioso). It includes 6 intermediate stations (section and junction stations), as well as the expansion of  the existing Celorico station and a section station. Two alternative routes, A and B, were studied, divided into 9 routes, which allows for a comparison analisys.

SINGULARITIES
– This pipeline, foreseen  in the Development plan and Investment of the National Natural Gas Network (2014 – 2023), allows for the establishment of a 3rd interconnection  Portugal-Spain, enabling increased security of supply in all of the Iberian Peninsula.
