BRIEF DESCRIPTION
The new CUF unit is located in the old facilities of a company in the industrial area of Sintra, maintaining the main structure, restoring it and expanding the building, aiming the reinforcement of its services and the conditions for its users.

The intervention intends to connect the different architectural volumes and assure the accessibility throughout the entire space, creating a large central plaza of reception and leisure, as well as an outdoor café, with elements that stand out, such as the raised flowerbeds, simultaneously benches, with different volumes and textures that give greater dimension to the intervention in a predominantly flat space.
